Worker Participation Terms
Updated 2026-10-15 · SS DISHWASHERHELP INC.
Eligibility and account information
Give accurate contact, experience and availability information. You must have the legal right to perform the work and any qualification lawfully required for the role. Do not upload false documents or use another person’s account. Ask why a sensitive document is needed before providing it; do not send a SIN or bank details by ordinary support email.
Understand each assignment
Before accepting, obtain the location, duties, expected hours, reporting contact and applicable pay terms. Raise unclear arrangements before work begins. Website registration alone does not guarantee shifts, income or a particular legal status. Employment status and obligations depend on the applicable agreement, actual relationship and law, rather than a label in a website policy.
Attendance, safety and hours
Attend confirmed shifts as agreed and report a problem or cancellation immediately. Follow lawful safety and food-handling instructions and accurately report work and break times. Report hazards, injuries, discrimination or harassment. Applicable rights to refuse dangerous work, take protected leave or exercise employment rights are preserved; raising a lawful concern must not attract prohibited retaliation.
Pay and prohibited charges
Pay rates, pay timing, overtime, statutory entitlements and deductions must comply with the law governing the assignment. Client payment disputes do not override statutory wage obligations. No recruitment, placement, training or other fee prohibited by applicable law may be charged to a worker. Tips, expenses and any permitted deductions should be explained in the relevant agreement.
Support and account restrictions
Contact dishwasherhelp@gmail.com about assignments, account issues or pay discrepancies. Account restrictions may be reviewed through our complaint process and do not erase earned amounts or mandatory legal remedies.
Fair treatment and leaving the service
Keep copies of accepted shifts, pay information and hours submitted. A protected absence, lawful complaint or safety refusal is not automatically misconduct. Any allegation should be reviewed in context. Notify us if relevant certification or eligibility changes. Leaving the website does not erase earned amounts, statutory entitlements or outstanding responsibilities under the applicable agreement.
