Business Booking Terms
Updated 2026-10-15 · SS DISHWASHERHELP INC.
Before requesting staff
Only an authorised business representative should submit a staffing request. Give the correct service address, onsite contact, dates, start/end times, staffing numbers, duties, equipment, dress requirements and relevant hazards. Disclose language or certification requirements that are lawful and necessary for the role.
Confirmation and supervision
Check the written confirmation and applicable rates before accepting a booking. A request, estimate or availability enquiry is not a guarantee of assignment. Identify the supervisor who will welcome workers, explain tasks and record attendance. Do not change the location or materially expand duties without raising the change with us and obtaining any required agreement.
Workplace obligations
Provide a safe workplace, appropriate training, equipment, protective measures and lawful breaks. Follow applicable food-handling, health and safety, human-rights and employment requirements. Report injuries, hazards, harassment or violence promptly. A staffing arrangement does not automatically transfer every legal responsibility away from the client business or the agency.
Hours, billing and records
Keep accurate start/end and break records and raise discrepancies promptly. Do not approve hours that were not worked. Identify any agreed minimum booking period or additional charge in the confirmation. Follow the Cancellation and Refund policies for changes or billing concerns. A commercial dispute must not be used to withhold worker pay where the law requires payment.
Documents and coverage
Request only information needed for the assignment and protect worker privacy. Insurance, workers’ compensation and licence arrangements must be confirmed where applicable; do not infer coverage from a website logo or corporate certificate. Any separate signed service agreement must preserve mandatory rights.
Changes and commercial records
Keep the written confirmation, applicable taxes, agreed rates and approved hours available for review. A new location or materially different duty may require a new agreement. Restrict account use to authorised representatives. Corporate incorporation, staffing licensing, occupational certification, workers’ compensation and commercial insurance are separate matters; none should be inferred from another. Client payment disputes do not override legally due worker remuneration.
