Terms and Conditions
Updated 2026-10-15 · SS DISHWASHERHELP INC.
Operator and scope
These terms govern use of dishwasherhelp.com, operated by SS DISHWASHERHELP INC. Businesses use the service to request hospitality staffing, and workers use it to seek shifts. Account registration and booking confirmations must identify the terms being accepted. You must have legal capacity and authority to act for a business you represent.
Accounts and booking formation
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and promptly report unauthorised activity. Account verification does not guarantee a booking or employment. A staffing request is not a confirmed assignment until confirmation is provided through the agreed process. The confirmation should identify location, duties, dates, hours, rates, taxes, applicable fees and cancellation terms. Availability depends on location and suitable workers.
Responsibilities and legal status
Businesses must describe the work honestly and provide a lawful, safe workplace. Workers must accurately describe qualifications and work eligibility, follow lawful safety instructions and report hours honestly. The applicable employment or service agreement and the actual working relationship determine legal status; these website terms do not automatically classify every worker as an independent contractor or exclude an employer’s statutory duties. Employment standards and other mandatory protections cannot be waived here.
Payments and changes
Only charges disclosed and lawfully authorised for the relevant booking may be collected. Saving a payment method does not authorise unlimited charges. Read the Refund and Billing and Cancellation policies. Existing bookings retain their applicable agreed terms unless a lawful change is agreed.
Misuse, suspension and disputes
Fraud, harassment, discrimination, unlawful work, unauthorised access and falsified documents are prohibited. Accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or meet legal requirements. Restriction does not extinguish earned wages, valid refunds or other rights. Report disputes to dishwasherhelp@gmail.com. Nothing requires you to waive access to a regulator, tribunal or court. Applicable mandatory provincial and Canadian laws prevail. No blanket exclusion of liability for unlawful conduct, mandatory obligations or non-excludable rights is imposed by these terms.
Document priority and updates
A separate signed agreement may set specific lawful terms. No document overrides non-excludable employment, safety, privacy, human-rights or consumer protections. Updates should identify a genuine effective date and explain material changes; they do not silently rewrite existing bookings. A privacy policy is not an unlimited authorisation for new data uses.
Technology and external services
Technical interruptions and worker availability can affect service. We should communicate material booking problems and applicable remedies. External payment and verification providers have their own applicable terms without removing our duties for our own activities. A website wallet is an accounting feature, not a represented bank deposit or insurance guarantee.
