Authorise a specific payment

SS DISHWASHERHELP INC. should identify the booking, amount or calculation, taxes and timing before requesting authorisation. You must be authorised to use the payment method. A saved card is not unlimited permission for unrelated charges. Later charges must follow the agreed basis and required notice.

Processing and evidence

Supported processing uses Stripe. Its applicable notice and terms also govern its activities. Never email full card details, security codes or banking passwords. Payment-method and customer references must not appear in public listings. Pending or failed transactions are not completed payments.

Corrections and rights

Refunds need an identified original transaction, reason and authorisation. Prevent repeated charges for the same authorised event. A review record does not itself move money. Report suspected unauthorised use promptly to support and the payment provider as appropriate. Applicable card, consumer and other mandatory rights remain available.
