Accurate records

SS DISHWASHERHELP INC. asks businesses and workers to record actual start, finish, breaks and material changes using the workplace’s local time. Identify shifts crossing midnight. Do not present estimated hours as confirmed hours. Workers must be able to raise genuine errors without unlawful retaliation.

Approval and disputes

An authorised supervisor should review attendance promptly. Identify the disputed portion and relevant evidence when records differ. Do not fabricate approval or use someone else’s login. A dispute does not override legally due wages.

Corrections

Record the original entry, correction, reason and reviewer rather than silently rewriting settled history. Overtime, rest, minimum reporting pay and related entitlements depend on the relationship and jurisdiction. Timesheet approval does not authorise unrelated charges or waive statutory rights.
